North West Surrey Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) need your help to shape future NHS community services, as their current provider contracts are coming to an end in 2017.

So if you live in North West Surrey they would like to invite you to take part in one of two events they are holding. These meetings will have a particular focus on adult community services, which include things like community hospitals, community nursing teams, new locality hubs and so on. With the aim to improving these services and focusing more on local people, as well as looking at new ways of providing care which put GPs even more at the centre of things.

  • The first will be on Friday 12th February, Room A Chertsey Halls, Heriot Road, Chertsey, KT16 9DR from 10.00 am - 1.00 pm (with lunch)
  • The second will be on Thursday 18th February, and held at Saint Columba's House, Maybury Hill, Woking, Surrey GU22 8AB, from 10.00 am - 1.00 pm (with lunch)

Everyone's views are equally important and you don't need any special expertise or knowledge to take part. There will also be a chance to participate in the ongoing development and improvement of these services, after the new contract has started in April 2017.
