Tests Required
PSA, Urinary examination, ultrasound, x-ray if relevant.
For Haematuria clinic
All patients must have MSU and urine cytology. Male patients will need a PSA if 45-80 years of age. Please arrange urine cytology test at time of referral (white topped bottle not red).
Lower Urinary tract symptoms of recurrent urinary tract infections should have a renal tract ultrasound with post void residual measurement. Haematuria patients should have a renal tract ultrasound and an IVP.
