We all know exercise is good for our wellbeing, both physically and mentally.
It has never been more important to look after ourselves, our colleagues and our families. We have set up this group to support each other and celebrate our achievements, individually and together. This can be outside (run, walk or bike ride), inside (exercise bike, treadmill or rowing machine).
