St Peters Hospitals Remembrance Services

On Friday 10 November, staff and current Army Reservists from Ashford and St Peter’s Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (ASPH) came together for the Remembrance services at Ashford and St Peter’s Hospitals to reflect and remember those who have died in a time of war or are in conflict around the world.

The ceremonies were led by Chaplains Laurence Gamlen and Elizabeth Lee, and current Army Reservists Dr Clarence Chikusu and Russell Lewis laid wreaths as part of the act of remembrance. Patients and staff were able to listen to the live broadcast by Radio Wey.

The 2 mins silence at 11am was announced with the Last Post played by bugler, Nick Tidbury, and ex-Reservist and midwife, Chris Nelson, played the bagpipes to open and close the ceremony at St Peter’s.

Thanks to everyone who joined us.
