Clinical Teaching Fellow - Undergraduate - Emergency Medicine

This post offers the right candidate the opportunity to become a dynamic and innovative teacher who is involved in the design and delivery of undergraduate medical education teaching programmes, for our Imperial College and St Georges medical students, with a focus on emergency medicine and simulation. As a key member of the clinical teaching team you will be expected to work in conjunction with the local CTFs and forums to maintain an excellent student experience, create a library of teaching materials, contribute to the assessment and feedback of students abilities including the delivery of clinical skills and simulation.

This role is looking to appoint an individual who has a passion for education, can demonstrate evidence of teaching within medicine and who brings fresh ideas and dynamism to the department.

Administrator and Receptionist - Band 3 Clinical Measurements

We are seeking a full-time receptionist to join our team at Ashford and St Peters NHS Foundation Trust. We are a very active department providing a wide range of Cardiology investigations.

Your duties will involve working as part of a team to support the Cardiology diagnostic department which offers a wide range of invasive and non-invasive investigations including ECG clinics, echocardiography, physiologist-led exercise testing, tilt testing, pacemaker checks, 24 hour ECG and blood pressure monitoring, event recording and Pacemaker implant and follow-up service.

Senior Cardiac Physiologist - Band 6 - Cathlab and Pacing

We are seeking a suitably qualified Cardiac Physiologist to join our team at Ashford and St Peters NHS Foundation Trust. We are a very active department providing a wide range of investigations and are looking to expand our team of multi-skilled cardiac physiologists as our Invasive services expand.

The post holder will still benefit from the opportunity to rotate through all aspects of the department. We have a busy Pacemaker/ICD implant and follow-up service; we are the leading implant centre in Surrey for ICDs and CRTs with an extensive remotely-monitored patient population.

Salary: £35,392 to £42,503 a year Including HCA

Clinical Office Administrator - Band 3

We are excited to be in a position to offer a permanent Band 3 post for a Appointments Team Administrator within the iMSK; in Orthopaedics, The post will be 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday. The post includes general office duties, including booking patients, answering telephone calls, printing, uploading and scanning of referrals and various other office duties, whilst closely working alongside our Consultants and the rest of our team to provide excellent service to our patients.

The successful applicant will have the ability to work as part of the team in order to deliver high quality customer service, display excellent communication skills, and an understanding of delivering healthcare services. You will need to demonstrate commitment to care quality and performance delivery. You must be a team player with the ability to problem solve and work independently. An understanding of the 18 week patient pathway is preferable, but not mandatory although training will be given. You will be required to use a number of systems including Cerner, Qlickview and ERS. Previous experience of these systems is desirable, but not essential, as training will be provided.

Outpatients Pathway Coordinator- Band 4 - CMU

Ward Clerk (Band 2) Neuro Rehabilitation Unit Bradley Unit Woking Community Hospital (27 hrs/week)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join the General and Specialist Medicine division at Ashford and St Peter’s Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. A 37.5 hour full time role of Outpatients Pathway Coordinator is required to provide administrative support to the ASPH and G&W Dermatology departments. It requires a high level of organisational skills and someone who is good at communicating with a wide range of health care professionals as well as patients and their relatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for many roles including organising timetables, dealing with clinic capacity and the outpatient waiting lists for both new and follow up patients. Ideally the successful candidate will have an understanding of the 18-week pathway.

Salary: £25,147 to £27,597 a year Including HCA
