Specialist CYP Asthma Practitioner - Band 7

Surrey Heartlands are very excited to have been successful in their bid to be a CYP Asthma pilot site and are now in a position to recruit to the Specialist CYP asthma practitioner role.

This exciting opportunity exists for asthma practitioners with relevant experience of working with children and young people with asthma, to provide a major contribution to the implementation of the Integrated Care System (ICS) deliverables attached to the National bundle of care for CYP with Asthma. The aim of the asthma practitioners is to provide targeted interventions to patients in Primary Care Networks (PCN) with the highest Children and Young People’s (CYP) asthma admissions in order to prevent avoidable asthma attacks and escalations in care. The pilots will also complement the NHS Long Term Plan commitments to improve CYP asthma care and respond to the recent recommendations from the HSIB and coroners reports that have criticised NHS care.

Salary: £41,902 to £47,684 pa inc HCAS

Consulant Nurse - Dermatology - Band 8c

The Consultant Nurse will practice autonomously at an advanced level and lead the Dermatology Clinical Nurse Specialists’ Team. This post with have a clear role in both, clinical and managerial duties. The post holder will help define and shape dermatology nurse-led services across St Peter’s, Ashford and Woking Community Hospitals, supporting Dermatology Clinical Nurse specialists to realise their full potential and confidently deliver a high level of care to patients.

The post holder will work closely with the Dermatology Consultants in the Trust as well as the wider MDT teams to help meet the departmental objectives and supporting the department in its continued transition into offering a wider range of services, including digital models of care.

Ashford & St Peters Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust Transport Services are looking for enthusiastic and reliable driver to join our busy team within the Transport department.

We drive a variety of vehicles and the department provides services to customers between 06:00 and 22.30 on a 12 week rota shift pattern
