The Endoscopy Unit is pleased to announce they are holding their first recruitment event for band 5 registered nurses

Previous experience in Endoscopy is not required just a compassionate and positive attitude. This is an ideal opportunity for nurses looking for a new challenge or new graduates starting their nursing careers. Full training will be provided including a period of supernumerary working.
The Unit consists of three procedure rooms, twelve recovery beds, admissions area, and a gastrointestinal investigations clinic specifically designed for non-endoscopic GI investigations.
Our JAG accredited department offers a variety of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures ranging from Gastroscopy, Colonoscopy, PEG Insertions and ERCP, pH Manometry, Capsule Endoscopy and Breath Tests. We also perform non GI procedures like Bronchoscopy and Pleural Tap. The Unit is open 08:00-19:00 Monday – Saturday and we provide an Out of Hours on-call service at weekends and Bank Holidays.
