Operation Estates cover the following areas:

 

 

·          Engineering and building maintenance

 

·          Grounds and garden maintenance

 

·          Safety checks

 

·          Medical electronics maintenance

 

·          Planned preventative maintenance

·          Pest control

 

·          Medical device management and maintenance and dissemination of MDA safety notices

 

 

 

 

 

Standard

 

 

All routine fault requests should be dealt within 2 days (for items such as lamp replacements).

 

1 week should be allowed for requests which involve ordering materials and organizing labour availability.
